Mason's Lobster Roll Restaurant
A restaurant fit-out, keyed end to end.
Mason's Lobster Roll Restaurant occupies a ground floor tenancy on South Orange Avenue in downtown Orlando. The set documents the fit-out of that space rather than the base building.
Axonometric interior views open the package, cut away to show the dining room, bar, service line and back of house at once. Every item is numbered against a keyed schedule running from the open top merchandiser and point of sale through beer taps, three bay sink, soup pots, sneeze guard, refrigeration and lockers to the hood system and knife holder.
Interior elevations then resolve the millwork: the bar front and back bar, the counter and ticket rail, the stainless run through the kitchen and the shelving above it, each dimensioned and cross-referenced to the same numbering.
