Pickle Haus

Pickle Haus is a hospitality venue in Illinois, documented from concept through construction. Hospitality projects combine front of house character with demanding back of house function, and the drawing set has to resolve both without compromising either.

Scope of work

• General arrangement drawings across front and back of house
• Interior detailing for bar, seating and feature areas
• Reflected ceiling plans coordinated with lighting and services
• Millwork and fixture documentation
• Finish schedules and construction detailing

Kitchen and service areas carry equipment, clearance and code requirements that shape the plan, while the guest facing spaces carry the design intent. Documenting them together, with the interfaces resolved, is what keeps the build on programme.
