360 Degree Views

A 360 view differs from a still render in an important way: the viewer chooses where to look. There is no composed frame to hide behind, so every direction in the space has to be resolved, including the corners a still would never show.

That makes panoramas particularly good at conveying enclosure, scale and the relationship between areas, the things clients most often struggle to read from a plan. It also makes them unforgiving of unfinished modelling, which is why we confirm the design is settled before producing them.

Where they earn their keep

Client review sessions, particularly with people who do not read drawings fluently. Interior schemes where material and lighting decisions are being made. Sales and letting, where a prospective occupier wants to understand a space before it exists. Because the underlying scene is the same one used for stills, commissioning both together is considerably more efficient than commissioning them separately.
