Bill of Quantities (BOQ)

A take off is only as reliable as the assumptions behind it. Every drawing set is silent on something, and every measurer makes judgement calls to fill those gaps. The difference between a useful bill and a disputed one is whether those calls were recorded or left in someone's head.

We work systematically through the set by element, with descriptions precise enough that every contractor prices the same thing. The description matters as much as the number, since a quantity without a proper description invites interpretation and produces tenders you cannot compare.

Why the assumptions list matters

Most quantity disputes trace back to something nobody wrote down. Supplying the assumptions alongside the bill lets you correct anything we read differently from your intent, before it becomes a claim during construction. It is the most useful page in the deliverable and the one most often missing.
