General
General Queries
Everything you need to know. Still can't find the answer you're looking for? We're here to help.
Yes. We work to your office CAD standards, layer conventions, title blocks and templates. If you do not have a documented standard, we set one up with you at the start of the first project and follow it consistently after that.
Every set passes an internal quality check before it leaves our studio. A senior drafter reviews dimensions, annotations, layer discipline and sheet setup against your standards before delivery.
Most drafting tasks follow an overnight cycle: you send inputs at the end of your day and receive files the next morning. Larger sets are scheduled against an agreed timeline before we begin.
All projects run under NDA. Files are exchanged through secure, access controlled channels, and project data is never shared, reused or published without your written permission.
Our team works in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Navisworks, Bluebeam and the Adobe suite. If your office is standardised on a particular platform or version, we match it so files open cleanly at your end with no conversion issues.
Native working files plus whatever your team needs downstream: DWG and RVT for drawings and models, IFC and NWD for coordination, PDF for issue sets, and JPG, PNG or MP4 for renders and walkthroughs. Tell us your preferred output and we set it up from the first sheet.
Yes. We prepare drawings to US conventions and to the applicable local and county requirements for the jurisdiction the project sits in. For permit work we follow the submission checklist of the authority reviewing the set, and we flag anything that needs a decision from your side early.
You get a single point of contact who knows your project, reachable by email or call. We hold overlap hours with US time zones for live discussion, and files move through a shared, access controlled folder so everyone is working from the current set.
Yes. We assign additional drafters and modellers as scope grows, while keeping the same lead on the project so standards and continuity hold. Capacity is confirmed before we commit to a programme, so a deadline is never accepted that we cannot staff.

Maintenance
Maintenance Queries
Have maintenance queries? Our team is here to help. Reach out anytime for expert guidance and support.
After delivery, we remain available for revisions, corrections and updates to the drawing set as your project evolves on site.
Minor corrections within the agreed scope are covered. Larger revisions or new scope are quoted separately before we begin, so there are no surprises.
Requests are acknowledged the same working day and most minor updates are returned within the next overnight cycle.
Yes. Since we retain organised project files, upgrades and modifications can be picked up quickly without redrawing from scratch.
Send the markup and we work to it. Minor corrections within the agreed scope come back in the next overnight cycle. Anything that changes the scope is quoted before we start, so you approve the cost first.
We retain organised project files and archives so work can be picked up months later without redrawing from scratch. Files stay confidential throughout, and we can hand over the full archive or delete it on request when a project closes.

New Project Queries
Starting a new project? Here's what you need to know. Still have questions? Reach out to our team and we'll guide you through the process.
Residential, commercial, hospitality and institutional work, from single family homes to 25,000 square foot commercial developments, across drafting, BIM, rendering and documentation.
The earlier the better. Involving us at concept stage lets us set up standards, templates and models that carry cleanly through to construction documents.
Absolutely. We offer a no commitment consultation and can produce a paid sample task so you can judge quality and fit before a larger engagement.
Yes. Our team covers architecture, interior design and consulting engineering, including MEP coordination, under one roof.
Two ways, depending on what suits the project. Fixed price per sheet or per package when the scope is clear, or a monthly dedicated resource when you have continuous work and want capacity on call. You get the rate in writing before anything starts.
No. We take on single sheets and one off tasks as readily as full documentation sets. Many clients start with one small task to test the working relationship before moving larger volumes across.
You do. Every drawing, model and file we produce for you is your property, along with the intellectual property in it. We do not reuse, resell or publish client work, and everything runs under NDA.
Send us a sample drawing or a live project through the enquiry form. We come back with an approach, a timeline and a price, and can produce a paid sample task so you can judge the quality before committing to anything larger.

Send us a set.
Get one back, better.
Share a sample drawing or a live project and see how ADPL fits into your workflow. No commitment needed for a first consultation.
